Thank you for shopping with Charm'd by Katie! Because our items are handmade and often custom-made, please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. 

Processing Time:

All items are handmade and made to order. 

Please allow (3-7 business days) for processing before your order ships. Processing times may increase during:

  • New product launches
  • Pop-up events
  • Holidays
  • Sales or high-volume periods

Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typically shipping times: 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays:

Charm'd by Katie is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. 

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Please double-check your information before completing your purchase. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Charm'd for Katie is not responsible for: 

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages 
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check your mailbox and surrounding areas
  • Contact your local post office

You may also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. 

Damaged During Shipping:

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Approved cases may qualify for repair, replacement, or store credit. 

Local Pickup (If applicable):

If local pickup is offered:

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready. 
  • Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks. 
  • Unclaimed orders may be canceled without a refund.
